Contact & intake
Let’s put things in good order.
Tell us a little about what’s going on. A real person — usually Maya — replies within one business day. No pressure, no obligation, and nothing to bring except your questions.
What happens after you reach out
A human reply within one business day
Maya reads every message and responds personally — usually the same day.
A 20-minute conversation
Phone, video, or on Liberty Street. You talk; we listen; you get straight answers — including “you may not need a lawyer for this.”
A clear plan with a clear price
If we can help, you’ll get scope, timeline, and a written quote. Then you decide — on your schedule, not ours.

Grief, illness, travel — if you need to pause the process, just say so. Your file waits patiently.
Exhibit A — Where to find usNot to scale, obviously
It’s in good hands.
Thank you — your note is on Maya’s desk. You’ll hear from a real person within one business day (usually much sooner). If it’s urgent, call (775) 555-0140 and press 1.
In the meantime, our plain-English guides answer the most common first questions.

Contact questions
Does the first conversation cost anything?
Probate consultations are free. Estate planning and real estate consultations are a modest flat rate, credited toward your matter if we work together. Landlord–tenant consultations are discounted. Nobody has ever been surprised by a bill here, and nobody ever will be.
What should I bring?
Yourself and your questions. If you have documents — an old will, a deed, court papers — bring them, but don’t delay calling because you can’t find something. Finding things is half our job.
Do you take walk-ins?
We’re usually with clients, so appointments get our full attention — but if you’re downtown with a question, call from the lobby and we’ll wave you up if we’re free. Coffee’s decent, tea’s better.
